Anti-Gang Operations – Port-au-Prince, Haiti

Overview:

In early June 2025, DefenseDock was contracted to assist in stabilizing parts of Port-au-Prince, Haiti, where violent gang activity had overwhelmed law enforcement capacity. Our tactical operations teams were embedded alongside Haitian National Police (HNP) units to restore control, reestablish patrol routes, and secure critical community zones.

Through a combination of night surveillance, drone-based mapping, controlled raids, and force presence in contested neighborhoods, DefenseDock played a critical role in suppressing armed groups and enabling safe access for humanitarian and infrastructure workers.

Project Outcome:

  • 150+ high-risk zones mapped using aerial recon

  • 30+ operational sweeps completed

  • Gang presence neutralized in four key sectors

  • 80% reduction in reported incidents over 21 days of deployment

  • Zero casualties among DefenseDock personnel and civilian population during engagement
